About Lubbock Stockyards
In 1983, Tony and Judy Mann bought Lubbock Stockyards. The memorable big blue barn and hundreds of pens were built in 1968. Cattle auctions were held every Thursday. Tony and Judy lived in the salebarn for 33 years. It became their love and their life, playing a major role in the cattle and beef industry.

Today, they have their cattle auction every Tuesday at 11 A.M. They also have a monthly horse sale, the second Saturday of every month.

They also opened a small feed store, just recently. They serve the southern Lubbock county and surrounding areas. The feed store carries many different types of feed, from horses, to cattle, to sheep, goats and hogs. They also carry a variety of chicken feed. In addition, they stock many different types of square bales and round bales of hay. Along with tack, jewelry, vet meds and pet food.

Tony enjoys spending his time out on the yard, tending and sorting cattle. Judy is the magic behind the madness and keeps the paperwork in line and the customers happy.

They look forward to their future at Lubbock Stockyards and seeing how the market will play out in the upcoming years.
